Fungible-token directory endpoints

VMT-1 是从已确认 VargaMesh 主网交易中索引出的应用层协议。代币状态由链上数据推导；发行方 logo 和描述性 metadata 属于链下数据，只有在发行方证明并通过人工审核后才公开显示。

WebWallet safety: CREATE、TRANSFER、BURN 和 MINT 都在浏览器本地构建并签名。 /api/v1/vmt/preflight 在不广播的情况下，依据 VMT 状态、实时 CREATE 手续费策略和 VargaMesh Core mempool 规则精确验证已签名交易。私钥永远不会提交给 API。

Metadata: 待审核 PNG 文件不会通过公共 API 提供。只有经人工批准的 metadata 才会公开。只读副本会验证权威 metadata 源签名的 Ed25519 manifest。
