- Same IP alone is never an automatic ban; abuse signals require review.
- Rewards may be held for review, budget limits or detected inconsistencies.
SECURITY

The public website cannot spend coins. Approved rewards enter a local queue. A separate payout worker uses a dedicated, balance-capped referral wallet, hard per-payment/daily/monthly limits and a second arming control. Signed raw transactions and their TXIDs are stored before broadcast to make retries idempotent and reduce double-payment risk after crashes.
Important: the automated payout worker should only be enabled after the local mining adapters have been verified against production telemetry and the referral wallet has been funded with a deliberately limited amount.
