SLIP-0044 status: 22093 is the VargaMesh Mainnet coin type used by VMESH-HD-1 and is the proposed value for an upstream SLIP-0044 registration. It must not be described as an officially assigned SLIP-0044 coin type until the upstream registry accepts it.

Conformance rules

A conforming wallet must reproduce the published test-vector address.
New VMESH Recovery Wallets use BIP84 Native SegWit by default.
Existing Recovery Phrases must never silently move to a different derivation path.
The external receive chain is 0 and change chain is 1.
BIP44 exists for legacy/recovery compatibility and is not the default new-wallet receive path.
Application-specific encrypted backup containers are not the portable cross-client wallet standard. The BIP39 Recovery Phrase is.
Private keys, BIP39 mnemonics and seed material must remain local to the wallet and must never be submitted to a public VargaMesh API.

Client capabilities are not identical: Desktop supports a full HD descriptor wallet, while WebWallet and Android expose a smaller wallet surface. VMESH-HD-1 defines recovery-key compatibility, not feature parity.
